Since moving into the Head of House bedroom on Day 37, the dynamic between Daniella and Dotun took a more serious turn as the pair had time and privacy to engage in deeper conversations. Dotun revealed to Daniella his vulnerability on Tuesday morning, Day 38, by expressing his desire to spend more time with his deceased cousins.

Dotun’s more private aspects, which he hadn’t previously disclosed to anyone in the House, came to light during the conversation. Perhaps he confides in Daniella because he feels so much more at ease with her.

Things between Dotun and Daniella took a less favourable turn that same night after they got into an argument. In response, Dotun became more determined and told Daniella, “I really want to learn how to break down your barriers.” Dotun maintained that he wouldn’t make an effort to persuade Daniella to do anything that would be difficult for her.

Daniella was overheard telling Dotun that she felt her attachment to him wasn’t healthy as they later joined the other Housemates for a late dinner. Daniella admitted, “I can’t lie; I really feel alone, and I truly do feel terribly lonely. She said, “I can’t imagine not being with you because it’s hard.” Daniella went on to explain her conversation with Doyin to Dotun and admitted that she was conflicted over her standing situation with Khalid. To her surprise, Dotun retorted, “I thought you and Doyin were close because she told me that she doesn’t see us on the outside.
