Further for the Senate approval of the calendar of dates and events for 2020/2021, 2021/2022, and 2022/2023 academic sessions to normalise the academic session of the University, below is the summary of details of the calendar for the 2020/2021 academic session.
- Monday 2 August, 2021 to Saturday 14th August, 2021 – Registration begins for new students
- Monday 16th August, 2021 to Saturday 21 August, 2021
- Resumption for Returning students.
- Late registration begins for new students
- Lectures begin for new students
- Monday 23 August, 2021 to Saturday 28th August, 2021
- Lectures begin for Returning students.
- Late registration for returning students
- Monday 23 August, 2021 to Saturday 6 November, 2021 – Lecture period for 1st semester 2020/2021 session
- Monday 8th November, 2021 to Saturday 27th November, 2021 – 1st Semester 2020/2021 examinations
- Monday 29 November, 2021 to Saturday 26th February, 2022 – Lecture period for 2nd Semester, 2020/2021 session
- Monday 28th February, 2022 to Saturday 19th March, 2022 – 2nd Semester 2020/2021 examinations
- Monday 21st March, 2022 to 2nd April, 2022 – Inter sessional break
