YABATECH Part Time Application Form for 2022/2023 Session Is Out. This is to inform the general public that the Yaba College of Technology has recently released the application form for students who wish to begin their educational career. Below are the part time programmes available, the entry requirements and the method of application.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Part Time Programmes at Higher National Diploma/ National Diploma, B.Sc. Education 100 level & Direct Entry (in affiliation with University of Nigeria Nsukka) and Certificate Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.
Yaba College of Technology has been rated as the best Polytechnic in Nigeria according to webo metric ranking for the third year running.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
General Entry Requirements for National Diploma (ND) Programmes
Senior School Certificates Examination (WAEC/NECO & NABTEB) with at least five (5) credits obtained at not more than two (2) sittings, which must include English, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects from the minimum entry requirements specified in the current JAMB Brochure.
Requirements for all Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes are as follows:
- SSCE / JAMB entry requirements for the corresponding National Diploma Programmes as published in the current JAMB Brochure.
- Relevant National Diploma at not below LOWER CREDIT Grade.
- At least one year Post-National Diploma relevant Industrial Experience.
- Students for Bilingual programme are to liaise with the Department for preparatory classes in French.
General Requirements for B.Sc. Edu.
Four (4) years Programme (Direct Entry)
- ND/NCE, HND at not less than credit level
- Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit or its equivalent which must include English Language and Mathematics at not more than 2 sittings.
Five (5) years Programme (100 Level)
Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit or its equivalent which must include English Language and Mathematics at not more than 2 sittings.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
(i) Candidates should apply through Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to Yaba College of Technology for the Part-Time Programme of their choice, to facilitate their admission on JAMB CAPS.
(ii)Applicants are to pay a fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) (excluding result verification fee and any transaction charges). Payment can be made online or in the bank. The College does not accept cash payment.
(iii)Candidates should visit the College website at www.yabatech.edu.ng and follow the instructions to complete the on-line application form and submit.
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
Campus of preference should be clearly indicated by candidates for programmes that run in both Yaba and Epe Campuses.
Candidates applying for part time HND should ensure that their transcripts of the ND programme reach the Office of the Registrar, Yaba College of Technology within six weeks from the date of this publication.
