University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), has announced the commencement of the sale of its Application form for admission into its Graduate Engineering Management programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session. This blog will provide all the required information on how to purchase the application form with ease.

The management of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) wishes to notify the general public and all interested and suitably qualified candidates that its application form for admission into its Graduate Engineering Management programme for the 2023/2024 academic session is on sale.

1. PGD in Engineering Management

2. Masters in Engineering Management

With Options in

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering

3. PhD in Engineering Management

  • Petroleum Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering

How to Apply

  • To purchase the form candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only into the account number below:

BANK: U/C Microfinance Bank, Uniport.

  • The form can be collected with printed proof of payment/teller from the office of the coordinator, Engineering Management Programme, Faculty of Engineering Building, Abuja Campus of the University of Port Harcourt.

Entry Requirements

PGD:

  • Applicant must have completed NYSC
  • Must have minimum of Third class
  • Engineering Degree or HND with at least Lower Credit in any Engineering Discipline
  • Must have at least 5 relevant O’level Credit Pass
  • A minimum of Second Class Lower from any other Physical Science Fields

Masters:

  • Applicant must have completed NYSC
  • Must have at least 5 relevant O’level Credit Pass
  • First Degree in any Engineering Discipline or PGD in Engineering Management or any Engineering Discipline
  • A minimum of Second Class

PhD:

  • Candidates must have completed Masters in Engineering Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 or any Engineering Discipline with certification in Project Management or equivalent Management Experience in Engineering Field.

Programme Duration

  • PGD Programme is designed to run for 12 calendar months
  • Masters Programme is designed to run for 12 calendar months
  • PhD Programme is designed to run for 36 calendar months
