- five credits in not more than two sittings, in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. These credits must be from recognized examinations, including WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.

- Choose “UDUTH School of Nursing” under the service options to generate your unique Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number for the payment of N7000.
- After making your payment, present your Remita payment receipt to the School of Nursing Accountant to receive your serial number and PIN, essential for the next step in your application process.
- With your serial number and PIN at hand, access the application portal at https://nursing.uduth.org.ng/.
- Fill in your information accurately and submit your application after review.
Remember to bring a clear, printed coloured copy of your application form on the day of the entrance examination. No JAMB number is required for this application.
