Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the Occupational Health Nursing Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse: You must be a registered nurse with a current practice license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Educational Qualifications: Possess five (5) O’ level credits in no more than two sittings. These must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

After making the payment, change your Remita Payment Slip to a receipt at the UCH Accounts Department.
- Download Applicant User Guide: Download the Applicant User Guide from the UCH Ibadan Portal and follow the instructions to input your data online and submit your application.
- Print and Submit Forms: Print two copies of your application form and photo card and submit them for authentication at the School of Occupational Health.
- Additional Payment: Make a payment of Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) only to the Oyo State Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Account at First Bank, account number 2019704292.
