Candidates are advised to commence their registration and clearance as soon as possible.

  • JAMB Admission Letter: The original institution copy is required.
  • TASUED Provisional Offer of Admission: Ensure you have the original copy.

  • Application Form Receipt: A N2,000 receipt is required for verification.

  • NCE/OND Result: Direct Entry students must provide this.
  • Transcript: For Direct Entry Candidates, a transcript of NCE and OND results is required.
  • Evidence of Change of Name or Marriage Certificate: Where applicable, this must be provided.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate: An original copy from TASUED Clinic is necessary.
  • Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age: A photocopy is required.
  • Ogun State Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate: A confirmed (2023) e-tax Ogun State educational levy receipt of the Parent/Sponsor, with an original stamped photocopy.
  • Reference Letter: From a Public/Civil Servant of not below grade level 12 or equivalent, original.
  • Acceptance Form: Ensure you have the original form.
  • Matriculation Oath and Orientation Certificate: The latter to be submitted later.

  • Indicate your hostel address on top of your personal bio-data in the green file.
