This is to inform the general public that Taraba State University (TSU), has released its second semester postgraduate admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Interested candidates with suitable qualifications are encouraged to apply to various programmes.
General Admission Requirements
To be considered for the TSU Postgraduate School, candidates must meet specific qualifications. These prerequisites are designed to ensure that all students have a firm academic foundation, which will allow them to succeed in their chosen postgraduate programmes.
- All candidates must have obtained at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings in WASC/NECO/NABTECH/GCE (Ordinary Level) or their equivalent.
- For Master’s degree programmes (M.A, M.Ed, and M.Sc), candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least a second-class lower division in the relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. candidates must have obtained a minimum weighted average score of 50% (3.5 points) in their previous academic programme.
