We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Are you a competent HR Manager with 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment?
- The HR Manager will play an essential role in leading, managing and developing the HR provision.
- In addition, the post-holder will be responsible for operational HR activities and contributing to and supporting the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation and best practice, and promoting effective employee relations. Operational activities include recruitment selection and talent acquisition, employee relations and professional development.
- You will partner with managers to provide a business-focused advisory service to ensure organizational objectives are fully met.
- Working closely with the managers, you will deliver a range of people projects while supporting a positive culture of employee engagement and good mental health and wellbeing.
- You will lead the induction of new staff and contribute to the career development of existing staff. In addition, you will support a range of employee relations casework as required to resolve disciplinary, capability and grievance issues positively.
- You will be responsible for implementing and managing the HRIS systems and reporting on HR data, and enforcing corrective action to ensure efficiency in the operating model of the company.
- You will be in charge of the compliance and audit framework for the company. In addition, you will lead and deliver statutory employment law requirements to provide the broader business with valuable insights to aid critical decision making.
- You are a competent technology professional with a high-value set of honesty and integrity.
Key Requirements
You must meet the criteria below to be suitable for this role:
- Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Human Resources.
- CIPM or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management
- 5 years of proven experience in an HR partnering / advisory role; advising, influencing, and pragmatically delivering HR solutions to support business needs.

2.) Female Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Duties
- Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for products and services
- Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
- Augments staff performance by providing guidance and solutions to improve sales efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and distribution of company products.
- Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly
- Communicate with clients to identify their service requirements and facilitate supply
- Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
- Review financial records to ensure balanced accounts are maintained
- Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports

3.) Workshop Manager
Location: Lagos
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Have total responsibility for Mechanical and Body shop detailing and quality delivery.
- Be responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.
- Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage the Workshop.
- Act as a technical expert in the workshop advising staff on the tasks that needs to be accomplished.
- Record observations and findings during diagnostics run and decide on the correct method of repair, as necessary.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced in accordance with the company’s standards & that pro-active planned maintenance is carried out continuously.
- Ensure operational safety and compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- Delegate daily duties and supervise all work being carried out by the workshop staff.
- Control workshop tools and accessories inventory as well as keeping up to date with new technology tools that could be purchased by the company.
- Ensure workshop staff wear protective clothing (PPEs) at all times while in the workshop floor including all non-workshop/technical staff.
- Organize all customer rescue missions ensuring all resources and authorization required is acquired within the shortest time possible.
- Ensure properly documented job cards with clear instructions are opened for every repair/service/rescue job to be undertaken by the workshop staff and that all required information on each job card is properly maintained.
- Ensure that all vehicles are serviced in accordance with the company’s service standards and that pro-active planned maintenance is carried out continuously.
- Ensure vehicles are mechanically sound and available for test before delivery to customer.
- Act as a technical expert in the Workshop, advising staff on tasks and sharing knowledge, for example through regular toolbox talks.
- In-still and maintain a strong health and safety culture amongst the Workshop team with a good understanding of risk assessments.
- Ensure that the workshop housekeeping and operating practices are of a high standard and that special tools and equipment are well maintained.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by the management.
- Establish efficient processes and structures in order to optimize the usage of available resources and to ensure quality in the deliverables.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 5 – 10 years work experience.
