Prince Audu Abubakar University (PAAU) has announced the release of its Revised second semester Academic calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session. In the academic calendar there are some adjustments in dates for resumption, commencement of lectures and examination.

The management of the Prince Audu Abubakar University (PAAU) wishes to notify the entire students and staffs of the institution that they has been some new adjustments in the academic calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session. The reasons for the changes is to ensure a smooth and successful academic year and as such students are advised to follow up the new changes.

New Academic Calendar

The updated academic schedule, which impacts all faculties and students of the institution, is as follows:

Sunday, 2nd July, 2023: The second semester commences as students return to campus and begin course registration.

Monday, 3rd July, 2023: Academic activities kick off with the commencement of lectures.

Friday, 15th September, 2023: Lectures conclude across all faculties, marking the end of the teaching phase of the semester.

Monday, 18th September, 2023: Examination period begins for all faculties. This is a crucial time where students demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired over the semester.

Monday, 16th October, 2023: The examination period wraps up across all faculties. Following the completion of the exams, students will leave the campus for a 5 weeks break, marking the end of the 2022/2023 academic session.

This updated schedule applies to all faculties and departments within the university. All students are encouraged to take note of these dates and plan their academic activities accordingly.
