Oke-Ogun Poly Saki Matriculation Ceremony Date 2022/2023
The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS) Matriculation Ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session newly admitted National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time and Part-Time students is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 5th July, 2023 at the Open Ground, New ICT Centre.
This is to inform the entire students and staffs of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS) of its upcoming Matriculation Ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session National Diploma (ND) Year 1 and Higher National Diploma (HND) year 1 (Full-Time and Part-Time) students. The event will be holding on Wednesday, 5th July, 2023.
Compulsory Matriculation Fee
All matriculating students, both ND and HND, Full-time and Part-time, are required to pay the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N1,800) to the Bursary Department as matriculation fees.
Students are required to present the receipt of this payment to their respective School Officers in order to collect their matriculation gowns. It is emphasized that failure to make this payment will result in the student’s non-registration.
Return of Matriculation Gowns
It’s important for all matriculating students to remember to return their Academic Gowns no later than 24 hours after the ceremony. Any student who fails to return the gown within this specified period will face penalties as per the institution’s regulations.
This matriculation ceremony is a significant event marking the official entry of new students into the academic community of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki. Therefore, all fresh students are urged to adhere to the instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth and memorable matriculation ceremony.
