Nigerian Bottling Company has launched a 2-year programme designed for high achieving post graduates to challenge them to grow into Coca-Cola HBC’s next generation of leaders. Special stream introduces additional requirements with the aim being to identify and develop high achievers into senior leaders within a 2-4 year horizon.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) at First degree and Post Graduate certificate in any of the following disciplines listed below:
  • Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Production) Social Sciences (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance) Supply Chain Management and Human Resources Management.
  • NYSC discharge certificate not earlier than 2013
  • Maximum of 3 years working experience.

NBC Salary Structure and Allowance

Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC), pay their staff and also the Allowance that NBC workers receive.

The current estimated salary earned by new entry graduates workers is between ₦ 120,000 – ₦ 140,000 per month after Tax (excluding allowances)*

NBC Experience Workers Salary Monthly Estimation:

  • Area Production Manager : ₦ 600,000 – ₦ 800,000
  • Sales Rep : ₦ 170,000 – ₦ 180,000
  • Quality Assurance Tech:  ₦ 171,000 – ₦ 180,000
  • Micro Tech: ₦ 130,000 – ₦ 150,000
  • Utility Engineer:  ₦ 120,000 – ₦ 130,000
  • Data Manager:  ₦ 100,000 –  ₦ 120,000
  • Legal Counsel:  ₦ 400,000 – ₦ 650,000
  • Digital Marketing Manager : ₦ 250,000 – ₦ 400,000
  • Safety Officer: ₦ 260,000 – ₦ 300,000
  • Sales Executive: ₦ 250,000 – ₦ 300,000
  • Production Shift Leader: ₦ 200,000 – ₦ 250,000
  • Tech Operator: ₦ 150,000 – ₦ 220,000
  • Advert Promoter:  ₦ 100,000 – ₦ 150,000
  • Account Assistant :  ₦ 90,000 – ₦ 150,000
  • Admin Officer –  ₦ 40,000 – ₦ 60,000
  • Water Resources Officer:  ₦ 50,000
