LAUTECH Freshers’ Medical Registration Guide, Deadline 2023
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has announced its medical registration exercise procedures for all the newly admitted students of the 2022/2023 academic session. Candidates are encourage to follow the outlined procedures below to complete their medical registration exercise, which will guarantee them a smooth and successful start to their academic pursuit.
The management of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) wishes to notify its students especially the newly admitted that the approved procedure for medical registration exercise for all the fresh students of the institution for the 2023 academic session should be completed on or before May 26, 2023. The procedure is to help ensure that the health and well-being of the students is properly attended to as they commence their academic journey.
Below are the guidelines on how to complete the medical registration with the stipulated time frame.
Guideline 1: Online Payment
Visit the LAUTECH payment platform on your student portal and make online payments for both tuition fees and medical registration fees.
Guideline 2: Medical Laboratory and Radiology
Present a copy of the print-out receipt of medical fees at the medical laboratory unit of the university health centre, where your blood and urine samples will be taken for necessary investigations. You are also expected to visit the Radiology unit with another copy of the printout receipt of medical fees for your chest X-ray investigation.
Guideline 3: Download and Fill Medical Forms
Visit your portal and download all necessary medical forms. Proceed subsequently to the Medical Record Unit with:
- A copy of your Personal Biodata form
- Duly filled Medical Registration form
- Copies of Medical and Tuition fee receipt or printout
- X-ray film
- Medical Laboratory results
- Two (2) passport photographs
Guideline 4: Obtain Medical Clearance Certificate
The Record Officer will offer you the medical confidential file to fill, collate your documents, and direct you to the Medical Officer for final clinical assessment and issuance of the Student Medical Clearance Certificate, needed for your registration at the faculty.
Guideline 5: Keep Your Health Center Card
Keep the health centre card given to you by the record officer, as it serves as your means of identification for accessing health services whenever you visit the facility.
