IAUE Matriculation Ceremony 2022/2023 Academic Session
The management of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, (IAUE) has announced the date, time and venue for their matriculation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session.
This is notify all the newly admitted students of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) that their matriculation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session will take place on Saturday, the 18th of March, 2023, at the school auditorium, Rumuolumeni campus, 10 am prompt.
Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Matriculation Ceremony Details
It is compulsory for all newly admitted students to participate in the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Matriculation Ceremony. However, to be assigned Matriculation Numbers, students must complete all registration formalities before Monday, March 13, 2023, and pay all necessary fees. Fresh students are required to pay a fee of five thousand naira only (#5,000) for the Matriculation Gown, and payments must be made online to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni PortHarcourt.
Candidates should also note that failure to complete all the necessary registration procedures and school fees payment on or before Saturday, the 11th of March 2023, the school will forfeit the right of the students to be admitted into the institution. So all newly admitted candidates are advice to complete their payment procedures before the scheduled closing date to be able to be a legal student of the institution and also be able to take part in the matriculation ceremony.
All Academic Gowns collected must be returned to the Faculty Officers latest on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Defaulters will be made to pay a penalty of five hundred naira (#500.00) only per day. Only students who present evidence of payment for the Matriculation Gown will be allowed to sign the Matriculation Register. Unsigned Matriculation Numbers will not be recognized by the University for official documentation.
Matriculation Gowns can be collected from Faculty Officers from Wednesday, March 13, 2023, and all part-time students can obtain their gowns from the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at the St John’s Diobu Campus. It is important to attend the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Matriculation Ceremony procession and ceremony with the Matriculation Gown.
Finally, all fresh students who have completed registration and paid school fees should report to the Information and Communication Office. Matriculation marks the end of registration for the academic session. So, it is imperative that all students complete registration before the IAUE Matriculation Ceremony.
