Job Title: Head, Corporate Social Responsibility

Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities
- Analyze the impact of various initiatives and programs
- Evaluate current and pending initiatives against industry standards Work closely with the marketing and PR team to develop internal and external messaging strategies
- Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
- Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing
- Conducting research into best practice
- Writing and actioning a company’s social responsibility strategy
- Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related discipline
- Postgraduate Degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related role.
- A passion for sustainability .
- Strong Logical and analytical thinking skills
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Proficient in MS Office Good Organizational
- Presentation and communications skills both verbal & written
- Excellent customer and community service orientation, backed with good ICT skills.
