FUTO Post UTME Form – 2021/22 is Out | See How to Apply.

We are glad to let every intending candidates know that Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) has officially released their Post-UTME Admission Screening Form for 2021 session. See how to obtain FUTO Post UTME Form below.

The management of the institution broke this news on their portal asking all aspiring students to purchase the form as it is available online in the school portal. However, interested applicants can also check out the Available courses and requirements on this site before purchasing the form.

 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) undergraduate programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.

FUTO Post UTME Eligibility.

• UTME Candidate must have scored a minimum of 180 in their UTME.
• Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree and A’ Level in relevant discipline and subjects.

Candidates who chose Federal University of Technology, Owerri as First Choice University in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are hereby invited to apply for an aptitude test, provided such candidates scored a minimum of 180 in their UTME.  Those who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but scored a minimum of 180 in their UTME can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

How to Apply for FUTO Post UTME Form.

To apply, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Visit the University website: futo.edu.ng
2. Click on Prospective students.
3. Click on the link; “2020/2021 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application”.
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
5. Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.
6. Return to the Application page and enter your JAMB Registration number again.
7. Proceed with the completion of the form.
8. Correctly enter your O’Level results.
9. Confirm your entries.
10. Submit your application.
11. Print out your acknowledgement slip.
12. Await further communication from the University.

Eligible candidates would be required to pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00).

The specific time and date for the individual candidate would be communicated in due course

Note:

1. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications.
2. Candidates are advised to upload their O’level results on JAMB Portal 0n or before the time schedule.
3. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Aptitude Test.
4. Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his application online would automatically lose his/her chance of being considered for admission.

FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 1-4 above;

• Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches the Registrar, Federal University of Technology, Owerri on/before Friday, the time schedule.
• Any candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for admission.
