Actor, producer, and director Desmond Elliot is a politician from Nigeria. Oluwashola Desmond Elliot, a native of Lagos Island in Lagos State, has achieved national and worldwide recognition for his achievements in Nigeria’s film entertainment sector.
Desmond Elliot decided to take a detour into politics after appearing in over 200 Nollywood films. He declared for elective office in 2014 and later ran in the 2015 general elections for the position of Surulere 01 Lagos State House of Assembly representative for the All Peoples Congress (APC) political party.
He is married to Victoria, a woman he had been dating for a while.

Before being married in 2003, Victoria and Desmond Elliot dated for eight years. In 1995, the pair made their first crossing in Jos, Plateau State. At that time, Desmond and Victoria were majoring in their respective undergraduate programs at the Universities of Jos and Lagos State. The couple, who had different temperaments, started out as friends before developing a romantic relationship for just over ten years before being married.
On December 25, 2003, in her home state of Akwa Ibom State, Victoria and Desmond Elliot were united in holy matrimony. There are two sets of twins among the couple’s four kids. They had their first set of twins not long after being married. Denzel and Desmond are their names. The couple welcomes a boy and a girl, the second set of twins, on September 16, 2010. Donald was the boy’s name, while Dawn was the girl’s. There are hence three males and one girl.
Victoria Elliot, a mother of four small children, manages her professional and personal responsibilities so as to not neglect her responsibilities as a mother to her children and husband. WORK EXPERIENCE
Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Victoria ventured into the banking sector immediately after graduating from the University of Jos. As a banker, her roles involved managing clients’ bank accounts, overseeing transactions of clients, signing on new clients, and other roles as expected of a banker. Subsequently, she left the banking sector and ventured into the movie industry.
Victoria Elliot’s debut into the film industry as a co-founder and managing director of Denzoit Productions company is spectacular as her degree of expertise in movie distribution, which is her specialization, earned her widespread acclaim. Her duties as a movie distributor for Denzoit Productions include marketing Denzoit Productions’ films and determining the release dates of films created by the company through a variety of venues, including cinemas, DVD, and digital on-demand platforms. Denzoit Productions is the company behind the films When One Door Closed, Love Police, and Wish of Mothers, among others.
She manages Denzoit Productions’ operations, which may include but are not limited to concept development, team building for content creation, scripting, hiring, casting, planning, and logistics.

WHO IS DESMOND ELLIOT?
Although Desmond Elliot was raised in Jos, Plateau State, he was actually born in Lagos State. He attended Saint John’s College and Airforce Primary School in Jos, respectively, for his primary and secondary schooling. In 2002, he graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Lagos State University.
Following his graduation from college, he started performing in a number of television productions, including Everyday People and One Too Much, to name a few, before making his Nollywood debut in 2005. She went on to appear in more than 200 movies, in addition to doing movie directing and producing and received praise for his efforts.
He became one of the 42 members of the Lagos State House of Assembly in April 2015 after being sworn in. After Kabiru Lawal, he now represents the Surelere 01 Constituency. 2019 saw his election for a second term. Under the banner of the All Progressives Congress political party, he won both contests.
