How to Apply for Plateau State College of Health Technology Zawan Admission Form
Interested applicants are required to obtain a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number from the college’s ICT Unit and proceed to any commercial bank for payment. After making the payment, candidates should return to the college’s ICT Unit to complete the application form online.
Application Fees: For HND courses, the application fee is N8,000. For other courses, the fee is N5,000.
Submission of Application
Completed application forms, accompanied by photocopies of your credentials, are to be submitted to the office of the Deputy Registrar Academics. The deadline for submission is 6th July 2024, giving you ample time to gather and prepare all necessary documents.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Candidates for ND programmes: It’s important to note that candidates applying for ND Community Health, ND Environmental Health, ND Health Information Management, and ND Nutrition and Dietetics do not need to purchase the college forms. Admission into these programmes is strictly through JAMB (UTME).
- Retrainees: Those looking to retrain are also advised to apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for admission.
