BUK Academic Calendar for Undergraduate 2022/2023 Session
This is to notify all the qualified undergraduate students that the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) revised academic calendar for the competition of their 1st semester for the 2021/2022 academic session has been adjusted due to the postponement of the just concluded Governorship Election and also extension of the election break.
The management of the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) are informing all the students and staffs of the institution of the adjustment of the revised academic calendar for the remainder of the 2021/2022 academic session, due to the postponement of the Governorship Election and extension of election break.
Bayero University, Kano Academic Calendar
- Tuesday, 21st March 2023: Resumption from Election Break
- Wednesday, 22nd and Friday, 31st March 2023: Last week of lectures/GSP examinations (1 week)
- Monday, 3rd to Saturday, 29th April 2023: 2020/2021 Second Semester Examinations (3 weeks) including good Friday, Easter Monday and Eid El Fit, which fall on 7th, 10th, 24th, and 25th April, respectively.
- Monday, 1st May to Saturday, 17th June 2023: End of Session Break (7 weeks after last examination)
- Monday, 10th July 2023.: Beginning of 2022/2023 Academic Session.
