University of Ibadan Distance Learning School Fees

The management and authorities of the University of Ibadan have released the school fees payable by Distance Learning Center (DLC) students for the academic session. Below is the approved University of Ibadan Distance Learning Center School fees schedule:

Tuition Fee For Returning Students

Please note that these fees are subject to change as per the directives of the University administration. Students are advised to make payments promptly to avoid any inconvenience in their academic pursuits. Guidelines to Payment of Fees and Registration

1. To login into the portal:
2. Visit https://student-portal.ui.edu.ng
3. Use your student institutional email or matric number as the username and your last name in lowercase as the password.
4. Select 2022-2023 as your current session at the top right corner.
5. Once logged in successfully, you will be prompted to change your password before proceeding. Input your old password, then create a new password of your choice, confirm the new password, and click update

Payment Steps:

• After logging into your dashboard,
• Navigate to the Fees section on the left menu.
• Click on “my fees.”
• The following fees apply to all categories of students:
• Bundled fee or School fee
• Technology Levy – To be paid separately.
• Utility Levy – To be paid separately.
• Health Professional levy or Laboratory Professional fee is compulsory for students of the College of Medicine, while Special DVM levy is compulsory for students of the faculty of Veterinary Medicine – To be paid separately.
• Tick the checkbox beside the fee option you are paying and click Proceed.
• Confirm the correctness of your payment details.
• Click Proceed to pay.
• You will be redirected to the payment platform.
• Choose a payment option (card/bank/branch/transfer/remita).
• Complete the payment process as directed in the selected payment option.

Confirmation of Payment:

1. After successful payment, the system will redirect you to the registration portal.
2. Go to Fees, then select Transactions to confirm the status of your payment.
3. If successful, click the eye icon under Actions to view payment details. A PDF version can also be downloaded.
4. A Remita receipt will be sent to your email.
5. In case of a failed transaction for which you were debited, click the refresh icon to update the status.

Course Registration:

1. Visit your department for guidance on courses to register for.
2. Additional information on how to proceed with online registration will be forwarded to your email in the coming days. Please check your email regularly.
