Fire razes 14 classrooms block in Kano state
The Kano State Fire Service said that on Sunday, November 27, fire destroyed 14 classrooms, an administrative block, and toilets at the Tsangaya Model Boarding Primary School in Kiyawa village, Bagwai Local Government Area in Kano.
The Public Relations Officer of the agency, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi said the fire began from the solar system at the administrative block main parlor at about 1 pm and spread to other parts of the building.
He added that 14 classes, 12 offices from the administrative block, and 21 toilets were completely razed by the inferno.
