Nollywood actress and politician Tonto Dikeh has won the hearts of many with her charitable act.
The deputy governship candidate for Rivers State has revealed via her Instagram page that her foundation is set to pay the school fees of 1000 Nigerian students.
Sharing photos of her visit to an orphanage home, Tonto Dikeh stated that her foundation, The Tonto Dikeh Foundation picks kids across different orphanages home for enrollment on scholarship.
Tonto announced that her foundation is set to start the school fees payment of the first 1,000 recipients of her foundation.
For her, she lives for helping humanity and believes every child deserves the right to education.

The best TGIF of the month of September yesterday 9th where I was invited by the HOPE FOR SURVIVAL ORPHANAGE which is one of the homes where @tontodikehfoundation picks enrollment of kids annual Educational Scholarship Scheme (ESS). The visit and invitation as a Special Guest afforded me great opportunity to Commission the renovated building by the Stanbic IBTC. Witnessing this event gave me hope for the future of our African kids, organisations and institutions should support such initiative. This is what I live for, let’s join hands to do more for the less privileged and minorities in the society.

Kemi Filani news recalls Tonto Dikeh had championed the case of Chrisland schools’ sex tape saga.
Recall that some students of Chrisland schools were involved in a case of alleged sexual violence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with the explicit videos circulating all over the internet.
Tonto Dikeh had volunteered to make the video disappear from the internet and blocked from further upload.
She also pledged to donate N500,000 and urged other celebrities and fans to jointly contribute to achieve the desired results.
She wrote: “I have been in touch with someone who can get this video off the net for good! The price is outrageous. @ubifranklinofficial. I will donate 500 thousand naira only and we can push this to concerned fans and children advocator to contribute or the parents can work it up. Which ever way, the first step is trying to heal these kids. And work on how to punish the school for it’s involvement in the cover up and neglect.”
