UNIMED Pre-degree Admission Form 2022/2023 is Out
This is to inform all intending candidates that University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED ) has officially released their Pre-degree Admission Form for 2022/2023 academic session. See how to obtain UNIMED Pre-degree Form below.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo Pre-Degree Programme . The programme shall run for One (1) academic session beginning from December, 2021 to August, 2022. It is an intensive programme to prepare Candidates for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)/Post-UTME and towards admission into 100 level degree programme of UNIMED and other Universities of their choice.
2.0 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
a. Candidates must have credit passes in at least five (5) Subjects (i. e. Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at SSCE/GCE/ NECO at NOT more than two (2) sittings; with only one (1) sitting required for Medicine and Dentistry.
b. Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be admitted into the Pre-degree programme
The subjects to be offered are:
1. Mathematics
2. English Language
3. Physics
4. Chemistry
5. Biology
3.0 QUALIFICATION FOR 100 LEVEL ADMISSION INTO UNIMED
Candidates are expected to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and also obtain the minimum cut-off mark for the University admission as well as comply with our Post-UTME as may be required. In addition, all candidates are expected to pass the first and second semesters examinations with good grades. This we believe will also enhance their performance in the UTME and Post-UTME.
Successful candidates are eligible to be allocated to the 100 Level Courses of related Faculties/Departments of Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Herbal Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Biological Sciences and Mathematics Sciences.
Kindly note also, that valid payments for purchase of forms can only be done as prescribed above and NOT into any individual’s account. Anyone who deals with any individual and/or makes payments into any individual’s account does so at her/his own risk!
