UNIABUJA’s ODL Programmes Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission into these prestigious programmes, you must meet the following criteria:
- General Certificate Education: A minimum of five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Advanced Level Qualifications: Two ‘A’ Level passes accompanied by at least five ‘O’ level credit passes in relevant subjects.
- Direct Entry Applicants: Those with at least four credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at SSCE/NECO level, and two passes in ‘A’ level G.C.E or equivalent qualifications.
Duration and Study Method
The duration of the ODL degree programmes ranges between four to five years, subject to your entry qualifications. UNIABUJA employs a modern approach to distance learning, utilising online course delivery and various multimedia resources to enrich the learning experience.

- Personal Details: Enter your biodata, including your name, email, and phone number.
- Payment: Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and complete the payment using a Master Card or Visa Card.
- Finalise Application: Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an application number to use for logging in to complete your application process.
Application Fee and Payment Options
An investment in your future, the application fee is set at a non-refundable sum of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000), not inclusive of bank charges. You have the flexibility to make a full payment upfront or opt for a part payment plan with a 60/40 ratio.
