Federal Polytechnic Idah ID Card Production Notice

Federal Polytechnic Idah wishes to inform al its National Diploma year 1 and Higher National Diploma year 1 students of the 2022/2023 academic session to complete their ID card production process within the interval of two weeks. Failure to adhere will lead to a penalty fine of #1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only.

This is to inform all the ND1 and HND1 students of the Federal Polytechnic Idah, that the authorities of the institution urge the students to fill out the request form for identity card production now that the school portal is open. The process will only be running for two weeks and anyone who doesn’t complete the ID card processing within the stated space will be subjected to a fine of a Thousand Naira (#1,000.00) efore would be attended to again. Below are the guideline and procedures for the ID card production.

Procedure for ID Card Production:

1. Log in to the portal (https://student.fepoda.edu.ng/) using your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER or HND FORM NUMBER (whichever is applicable).
2. Upload a high-quality passport photograph that clearly displays all facial features. Please note that photographs taken with headgear are not acceptable. The passport photo must be in JPEG format and sized between 40 and 50kb.
3. Upload a scanned signature with a white background. This must also be in JPEG format and sized between 40 and 50kb.
4. Print the ID card request form and present it to your respective HOD for authentication. HODs should ensure that only registered students are authenticated.
5. Submit the duly authenticated form to the secretary of the department. Secretaries should arrange the forms in serial order and submit them to the Identity Card Unit, along with the list of registered students.
6. All students should fill in their details using CAPITAL LETTERS and double-check for corrections before submitting to avoid errors.
