CONAMKAT Post UTME Form 2021/2022 is Out | ND Nursing Admission
This is to inform all intending candidates that Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONAMKAT) has officially released their Post-UTME ND Nursing Admission Screening Form for 2021/2022 academic session. See how to obtain CONAMKAT Post UTME Form below.
The management of the institution broke this news on their portal asking all aspiring students to purchase the form as it is available online in the school portal. However, interested candidates can also check out the available courses and requirements on this page before purchasing the form.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONAMKAT) ND Nursing Programme for the 2021/2022 academic session.
The College wishes to inform all prospective candidates for 2021/2022 Post-UTME Screening/Interview earlier slated for Wednesday 22nd to Thursday 23rd September 2021, that the screening has been rescheduled to hold on Monday 25th to Friday 29th October 2021.
This decision is prompted by the shutdown of mobile telecommunication networks in 13 Local Government Areas in the State due to the apprehension that a considerable number of potential candidates from the affected LGAs might not have access to the information on the Post-UTME Screening.
Equally, the application for the Post-UTME Screening/Interview has also been extended to Friday, 22nd October 2021.
However, candidates that did a change of institution and made the College as the FIRST CHOICE, but are yet to see their names on the College’s portal should continue to check the College’s website www.conamkat.edu.ng as the list will be updated whenever JAMB sends additional names.
The College regrets any inconvenience occasioned by this postponement.

CONAMKAT ND Nursing Programme Admission Eligibility
The general public is hereby informed that the minimum cut-off mark for admission into the ND Nursing programme at Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing, Katsina is 140 for the 2021/2022 session.
The College hereby invites candidates who chose the College as the FIRST CHOICE in the 2021 JAMB UTME, obtained a minimum score of 140, and UPLOADED SSCE Result on JAMB Portal to apply for Post-UTME Screening/Interview Exercise for admission into the College.
How to Apply for CONAMKAT Post UTME Form
- Visit the College’s website www.conamkat.edu.ng
- Click on “Post-UTME Screening/Interview”
- Put your UTME Number to verify
- Make payment
- Fill the form, submit and print the Interview Slip. The date of the interview will be indicated on the Slip.
NOTE:
1. The Portal will be opened for application on Thursday, 2nd September 2021.
2. Closing Date for the application is Friday, 22nd October 2021
